josh61 updating stats?
I saw in another thread josh wanted to help update stats and what not. And i saw another thread where he is bickering with another guy calling him nigger ect... I wouldnt give anything to this guy in regards to helping with the league. type of guy that will fuck you over if hes not happy about something. my 2cent...

I sent him a PM about his language(racist remarks). Also if he helps with the stats I send him the file then he updates it and sends it back to me. No password information will be given out and I will monitor the files

May I suggest we come up with a uniform way of posting stats. This will make updating much easier on whoever does it and has less room for error.

Sure what exactly do you mean? I'll take any suggestions at this point. It's a pain and takes awhile to update the stats

Well for example we used to do +/- but now we don't, but I don't know if thats officially been announced anywhere. Some people use 1g 1a method, others use G A P method. I'm just saying pick a way and put a template up on the freehostia site of how exactly stats should look in a post. Or better yet whoever is going to be sifting through all the stats come up with how you want it to look.

And for the goalie stats to work, they need to be posted after every single game. Not only on low scoring games.

I was afraid of that too, but since the award is being given out for GAA, if they don't post goalie stats just assume the starting goal tender was in for all goals against. Its their loss if they don't post. If we want to do save percentage too, assume they went 0%. Again, their loss if they don't post.
